A hushed golden light imbues the 10 tables with an elegant glow. It all tastefully whispers, “This is a serious restaurant.” Sarah Traynor, the savvy beverage director who doubles as a server and is both omnipresent and omniscient, perpetuates that confidence.

“My only thought is that an angle function on the blade would be useful, provided you could add that function without detracting in any way from the blade’s present capability,” said Frieders. “With a multifunction blade like that, the 920 might be able to take a machine out of the picture on some sites.”

The Skinny: “The best thing I ate this year by far was the Apple Croquette Salad at Brass Heart from their vegan tasting menu. The dish had this fantastic savory apple croquette along with crispy lettuce, rich apple butter, sweet apples and some different purees. I loved this dish so much because in the middle of this amazingly gastronomical restaurant lives this salad that tasted so familiar and comforting. I was so happy to find a restaurant with a vegan tasting menu and was surprised by how filling it was. The interior is glam but cozy and the service is spot on without being pretentious. Amazing!”

Inside leg kick from Katona but Lopez takes him down into half guard. Katona with an impressive hip escape and he’s back up and lands a body shot on Lopez. Another body shot from Katona then an inside leg kick. Katona is really moving well and finding his angles, Lopez seems to be slowing down. They trade rights but Katona’s landed better. They just circle away the final seconds.
